Andy Renfro

Founder & Owner

Andy Renfro founded Ace Home Services in 2009 with a mission to bring professionalism, integrity, and long-lasting value to exterior home care in the Eugene–Springfield area. Drawing from years of experience in residential property services, Andy recognized the need for a higher standard in roof and gutter maintenance—one rooted in transparency, craftsmanship, and genuine care for
the homeowner.

Under Andy’s leadership, Ace Home Services has grown from a local roof care provider into a trusted name in full exterior cleaning and maintenance. The company’s success has been built on word-of-mouth referrals, consistent 5-star service, and a reputation for doing things the right way.

Today, Andy remains actively involved in daily operations, mentoring his team and upholding the company’s high standards. Whether on-site or behind the scenes, he ensures that every project is completed with the same attention to detail and respect that has defined Ace Home Services from
day one.

Marlo Renfro

The Boss

Marlo has been with our family business since 2019 and serves as our dedicated office manager. She plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations for both our customers and employees. With over 25 years of management and customer service experience, Marlo brings a wealth of expertise to her position and was pivotal in helping bring our business into the 21st century when she joined our team

Estimators & Leads

Brad

Brad joined the family business in 2020, contributing to both our office operations and the estimating team. Bringing his previous experience in customer service and sales, Brad is truly committed to ensuring outstanding service for our company and, most importantly, for our clients.

Colby

Colby also joined the family business in 2019 and brings extensive experience in roof cleaning, power washing, and roof assessments, as well as in estimating. As our Project Manager and Lead Estimator, Colby plays a key role in overseeing projects from start to finish. He has the gift to find answers to difficult projects, making him an invaluable resource for our team and our customers.

Dylan

Dylan joined Ace Home Services in 2023 and has gained over two years of experience working on roofs and across all the services we offer. His strong customer service skills make him an excellent Lead Foreman for our team.
